Frequently asked questions

What hosting do I need?

Regular web hosting with PHP 8.3 and MySQL is enough. No SSH needed; installation and updates run in the browser. We can set up the hosting for you.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. The system runs on your own hosting, data is not shared with any platform and there is no commission per booking.

Is the TSE (KassenSichV) required and included?

In Germany it is required for businesses that take cash. The system uses the fiskaly cloud TSE; the fiskaly account and its fees belong to the salon, as does registering the till via ELSTER.

Do SMS and WhatsApp cost extra?

Messages are sent through Twilio, which charges per message. Email reminders are free.

What about phone bookings?

You add them in seconds in the panel. Online and phone bookings share one calendar, without overlaps.
